WHERE YOU'LL PLAY
Deliver the Vivobarefoot Experience
- Deliver warm, authentic customer experiences every day.
- Guide customers through their barefoot journey using strong product knowledge.
- Support fittings, product recommendations and education.
Team Leadership & Shift Ownership
- Act as leader on duty during assigned shifts.
- Support team communication, coaching and execution.
- Reinforce store priorities and customer service expectations.
Community Engagement
- Support in-store events, workshops, walks and run clubs.
- Welcome and engage community members attending store activations.
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Support achievement of sales, conversion, ATV and UPT goals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and team-first selling behaviours.
Operational Excellence
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness and organisation.
- Follow cash handling and operational procedures.
Inventory & Product Care
- Receive and process deliveries accurately.
- Support inventory accuracy, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
Visual Merchandising
- Support visual merchandising execution and product presentation.
- Maintain displays aligned with brand standards.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.

ALL ABOUT YOU
- 1-3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire teammates.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for movement, health, wellbeing, sustainability or outdoor lifestyles.
- Experience in footwear, apparel, lifestyle, wellness or specialty retail preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders and navigate stairs.
