About the Role

The Operations and Administrative Partner is a key role supporting core business operations by delivering high-level administrative and operational support to the Branch Manager and Executive Vice President (EVP). This highly visible position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, enhance advisor support, and drive operational efficiency. The role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering meaningful business results.

This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM-5:30 PM) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Branch Manager and EVP, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations

  • Manage executive calendar, coordinate travel, process expenses, and lead meeting planning and branch communications

  • Partner with Complex Operations Managers and EVP Assistants to drive alignment and ensure operational consistency across the Complex

  • Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations, including mail distribution, conference room scheduling, and supply management

  • Serve as a high-impact, high-visibility contributor with strong accountability across a broad range of business activities

  • Lead problem-solving initiatives by identifying challenges and implementing solutions to enhance advisor support for established Associates and Districts

  • Work cross-functionally to streamline procedures, improve processes, and execute initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes

The base salary range for this position is $53,797 - $65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of administrative, executive support, or operations experience, preferably supporting senior leadership

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and expense processing with a high degree of accuracy and discretion

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with expense management and calendar tools

  • Experience supporting operations, process improvement, or project coordination initiatives is a plus
