The Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS) Operator plays a critical role in supporting Configuration Services by ensuring devices and customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position combines technical device handling with warehouse operations to meet customer expectations.

Job Functions
Process and handle customer devices through all stages of the fulfillment workflow
Perform basic auto-provisioning, etching, configuration, troubleshooting, and quality checks on laptops, desktops, and tablets
Track and update device status as it moves through various warehouse locations and process stages
Support order fulfillment by prioritizing and managing high volumes of devices and freight
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with Lenovo standards, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the facility
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and efficiency
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, especially during peak production cycles

What Were Looking For
Working knowledge of PC configuration, including laptops, notebooks, and tablets
Familiarity with warehouse operations and fulfillment processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Professional appearance and demeanor, as client tours may occur within the facility
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
