Location: Plano, TX

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid - Remote Monday & Friday; In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Job Summary

The Corporate Security & Emergency Management - Technology Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Technical Project Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to support company-sponsored Security projects that require integration of access control and video monitoring standards within new buildings, expansions, uplifts, and large hardware refresh activities across North America. This role will partner with multiple groups inside the organization to plan, execute, and turn over projects of different sizes and priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support design, installation, and commissioning of building projects using company security technology standards and best practices.
  • Manage project schedules, equipment coordination, and scope deliverables to achieve completion of project milestones.
  • Provide guidance on technical solutions, design, and infrastructure requirements for adherence to Corporate Security and Emergency Management standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal company business customers and external company vendors, ensuring priorities are aligned with business strategic directions.
  • Visualize project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and escalate impediments prior to project delivery impact.
  • Work with other organizational peers to resolve issues and gain support to ensure successful project completion.
Required Skills
  • Project Management Certification or Degree in a related study.
  • Demonstrated functional work experience (5 years).
  • Experience managing small-medium scale technology projects.
  • High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present recommendations to management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight timelines, and occasional limited support.
Preferred Skills
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with Security Access Control and Video Management Systems.
  • Building construction experience related to drawings review, construction methodologies, and field inspections.
  • Experience with Lenel S2 and Milestone XProtect enterprise security platforms.
  • Installation experience with card readers, cameras, guardhouses, turnstiles, speed lanes, and road gates.
  • Experience implementing systems using any of the Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in both Administrations and Manufacturing environments.
  • AI Framework experience.
  • Technical project management experience.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Overtime may be required (approximately 10% or more).
  • 15% domestic travel required.
  • 1 round onsite interview required.
