We are looking for a Senior leader to orchestrate embedded NVIDIA AI software Go-To-Market strategy and co-sales with our partners. As Enterprise adoption of Agentic AI is rising, we are seeing a tremendous increase in our partners plans to embed NVIDIA AI software and Acceleration libraries in their products. For this highly sought after role, we need a high-reaching leader to work closely with our partners to drive partner sales, NVIDIA sales, and customer engagements! The goal is to increase adoption and use of the NVIDIA platform, including hardware and software. "Embed and Scale" is our key GTM strategy and therefore sales motion. This person will also drive enablement materials, sizing guides, train partners and field and drive industry feedback to the product teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Go-to-Market & Scale: Collaborate multi-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Developer Relationship Managers and Solution Architects to Define and Implement a leadership Inference go-to-market strategy!

  • Strategic Ecosystem Engagement: Identify, engage, and lead strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Inference Service Providers, OEMs, and Global system integrators to accelerate the design-in and integration of AI technologies developed by NVIDIA with partner platforms.

  • Enablement & Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-impact technical enablement materials across NVIDIA sales and the partner ecosystem.

  • Roadmap Influence & Feedback Loop: Collect, analyze, and communicate the technical requirements and challenges of ISVs, OEMs and partners back to NVIDIA's internal product teams to directly influence the roadmaps.

  • Lead weekly pipeline and revenue growth calls centered on NVIDIA AI software with our worldwide segment sales teams.

  • Assist with the enterprise Light House Accounts (LHAs) process for NVIDIA AI software globally. Partner with the NVIDIA Industry Business Development (IBD) and regional sales teams.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 18+ overall years of sales and/or business development experience

  • 7+ years of proven experience in leading a business development team.

  • AI Software sales experience in cloud and on-prem environments

  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, developer enablement, software integration, commercialization

  • Proven history of integrating software and developing solutions with ISVs. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision

  • Comparative understanding of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid cloud environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to efficiently get things done with a distributed team

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Understanding of AI and data science workflows, including NVIDIA AI SDK and Frameworks (NeMo, Riva, NIMs, Triton, RAPIDS, Omniverse, CUDA-X Libraries)

  • Previous role driving AI adoption at an ISV, selling open source software (OSS), or building joint GTM plays with hyperscalers.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS sales, consulting, or technical pre-sales with an AI/ML focus.

  • Passion for transforming enterprise workflows through AI.

  • Consistent record of delivering joint revenue growth through ISV partnerships.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 332,000 USD - 500,250 USD.
