Job description

The Senior IT Procurement Analyst will support Inspire Brands' strategic technology procurement initiatives, coordinating the full contract lifecycle management, ongoing supplier relationship management process, and contract negotiation activities. This role collaborates closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams toidentifyopportunities for efficiencies and cost savings, while ensuring compliance with organizationalobjectivesand driving value through effective sourcing and contract negotiation strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drivethe management of the IT Contract Lifecycle, overseeing administration of the Contract ManagementSystemand ensuring effective governance throughout all contract phases.

  • Prepareprocurement managers fornegotiation of agreements for IT hardware, software, and services, including amendments and revisions. Take ownership ofanalytics supportingboth short- and long-term IT contracts to secureoptimalcost savings and service levels for Inspire Brands.

  • Design and deliver advanced reporting for the IT agreement renewal pipeline, providing key insights and recommendations to IT leadership and stakeholdersthrough seamless power BI Dashboards.

  • Advancethe development and preparation of documentation for critical IT Procurement projects, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with strategic businessobjectives.

  • Oversee regular reporting and KPI tracking to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Legal Operations Management,providingexpert guidance on contract matters and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Lead the IT Contractor Tracking, Reporting, and Onboarding Process, streamlining operations and ensuring effective integration of contractor resources intoInspire'sIT environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree and/or 4 Year degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 6+experienceyears' experience in procurement, supply chain, or related IT discipline

  • Provenexpertiseincontract negotiation, lifecycle management and managingstrategic relationships with IT vendors, legalteamsand technology leaders

  • Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and procurement systems

  • ProficiencyinPowerBIdashboard development andongoing maintenance

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSor ABILITIES

  • Excellent planning, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Strongnegotiation and organization skills

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams, including legal, accounting,operationsand management

  • Ability tosupportIT Procurement related Projects, RFPs and RFIs

  • Ability to drive closure to vendor contract negotiations balancing the commitment to budgets

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Team player able to negotiate with users and members of IT to achieve results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate information to various audiences, including executive leadership
