Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern supports the execution of enterprise learning initiatives across leadership development, operational training, and employee engagement programs. This role provides hands-on experience in instructional support, learning operations, and program coordination, enabling the L&D team to focus on frontline impact and strategic priorities. The intern contributes to training content development, program logistics, and data tracking while gaining exposure to how learning programs are designed, delivered, and measured within a mission-driven organization.

  • Assist in the design, update, and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, job aids, and facilitator guides
  • Support Leadership Development Programs (LDP), orientation, and operational training initiatives
  • Contribute to basic multimedia content development, including video editing and visual learning assets

Learning Operations & Data Management

Qualifications - Education & Experience

  • Prior internship, coursework, or project-based experience in training, HR, education, or operations is a plus but not required
  • Comfort with public speaking or presentation environments preferred

  • Comfort working with data, trackers, and basic reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to training, HR, education, or operations through coursework or projects
