Position Summary

As the Executive Assistant you will provide administrative support to the President of Pike Electric, LLC in addition to the Florida Division, and will report to the President. This job is on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional environment.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and team engagement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding logistics and general employee experience within the office.
  • Assist operations team with administrative needs such as maintaining and updating trackers, weekly/monthly reports, coordinating occasional travel arrangements, and processing invoices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and timely execution of operational priorities.
  • Demonstrated superior communication in both written and verbal forms, including the accurate use of grammar, composition, editing, and proofreading.
  • Proven ability to conduct daily business with a professional demeanor and commitment to diversity and equality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables & charts).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects or deadlines.
  • Proven organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Experience with travel coordination and expense reporting.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work). The employee may be subject to one or more of the following atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
