F-15 USAF Sustainment EX Fielding Deputy Program Manager

Join Boeing Global Services (BGS) as the deputy program manager supporting the fielding of the F15EX. This position enables execution and delivery of product support, coordinates crossfunctional teams, and helps implement platform strategies that support rapid, reliable beddown of F15EX aircraft at USAF bases worldwide. Working closely with the EX Fielding Senior Program Manager, BDS, and the USAF customer, the role balances nearterm execution with support to proposal activity for future production lots, influences platform tactics, and builds strong relationships with BDS, USAF, and international BGS program managers while collaborating with a diverse team that values innovation and inclusion.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute product support technical, cost, and schedule baselines and support Profit & Loss reporting and performance tracking
  • Assist in developing and executing integrated program plans, policies, and procedures that drive timely, highquality delivery
  • Lead and coordinate daytoday acquisition and change activities, applying program management best practices and supporting change initiatives
  • Partner with capability and functional organizations to secure staffing, surface and resolve issues, and report performance metrics for delegated areas
  • Implement F15EX and platform product support tactics to enable successful aircraft beddown across bases and ensure alignment to program strategy
  • Monitor program risk, issues, and opportunities within assigned areas; implement mitigation actions and escalate to the Senior PM as appropriate
  • Support building and sustaining DoD/USAF and international customer relationships and represent BGS in routine customer engagements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' experience working in a cross-functional environment including engineering, manufacturing/operations, quality, product support, finance, business development and program management
  • 1+ years' financial acumen experience understanding and applying financial metrics to assess the viability of business cases
  • Experience designing and maintaining project measurable/metrics and reporting out results
  • Experience supporting defense acquisition and proposal development
  • Travel required at about 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent communicator and problem solver, focused on results and continuous improvement
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • Comfortable with acquisition processes, proposal activity, and change management in a fast-paced environment
