Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Integrator Program Manager to lead complex network integration projects for an Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) System Program Office (SPO). The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of network systems, from design and integration to modernization and sustainment. This individual will provide programmatic leadership and technical oversight to ensure the successful delivery of robust, secure, and resilient network architectures for critical weapon systems. This role requires daily work within highly classified Top Secret (TS) Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environments and involves serving as the primary technical and managerial liaison between the SPO, engineering teams, MAJCOMs, and other key stakeholders.
As the program manager, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of all network integration activities. This includes developing and managing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring all programmatic milestones are met. As the lead integrator, you will guide the technical team in designing, implementing, and testing secure network solutions that meet stringent government requirements. You will oversee the integration of new hardware and software, manage network configuration and security posture, and ensure the interoperability of complex systems. A primary function will be to ensure the network infrastructure is fully compliant with all security protocols and can operate effectively within its intended SAP/SCI environment.
The ideal candidate must possess significant demonstrated experience in network integration, architecture, and program management, preferably within a DoD or AFLCMC environment. Proven experience working within highly classified environments-specifically with Top Secret (TS), Special Access Program (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) materials and protocols-is mandatory. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in networking protocols and infrastructure, and excellent communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations. A PMP certification is highly desirable. A current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and SAP access is required for consideration.

As the Senior Network Integrator Program Manager, you will contribute directly to our National Security and Defense mission by leading the integration and management of the core network infrastructure that underpins our critical weapon systems. Your leadership will ensure these systems are securely connected, fully interoperable, and always ready to support the mission.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
• Program Leadership: Establish, manage, and enforce the Network Configuration and Data Management program for the weapon system's entire network infrastructure throughout its acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the SPO's lead for Network Integration, managing the formal exchange of network architecture, technical data, and configuration information between the SPO, industry partners, and MAJCOMs.
• Network Configuration Management: Provide program management for all network configuration activities, including planning, identification of network components, managing changes to the network baseline, accounting for network status, and leading verification & audits.
• Change Management: Lead the program's Network Configuration Control Board (CCB), managing the review and approval process for all proposed network changes, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), security patches, and requests for deviation from the established network baseline.
• Baseline Integrity: Manage the weapon system's network configuration baseline (functional, allocated, and product baselines) and ensure its integrity is maintained throughout the lifecycle.
• Network Data Management: Oversee the program's Data Management system, controlling the review, release, and delivery of all contract data deliverables (CDRLs), network diagrams, and other technical documentation related to the network architecture.
• System Verification: Lead and support Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) to verify that the weapon system's network and its documentation meet all technical and security requirements.
• Operational Releases: Ensure the approved network configuration is accurately reflected in all technical directives and documentation released to the field, controlling the release of all engineering and software changes impacting the network.
Qualifications Required:
• Master's degree and 4+ years' project management experience, or bachelor's degree and 6+ years' project management experience, associate's degree and 8+ years' project management experience, or high school diploma (or GED) and 11+ years' project management experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Must possess an active DoD Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility)
