The AES Group INC. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to aggressively expand our IT staffing footprint across SMB and MSP segments. This role is ideal for a proven hunter with strong industry relationships and a successful track record of driving net-new logo acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and generating consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive net-new logo acquisition across SMB and MSP accounts
  • Generate new business opportunities through existing client relationships, personal network, referrals, and strategic prospecting
  • Expand and grow business within existing accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and increasing account penetration
  • Build executive-level relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP program stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within MSP/VMS environments
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client hiring challenges and workforce needs
  • Lead proposal discussions, pricing conversations, and support contract negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Maintain strong pipeline activity, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Monitor IT staffing market trends and competitor activity to strengthen AES’s market positioning
  • Represent AES professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Required Qualifications

  • 5 - 15 years of experience in IT staffing, staffing sales, or business development
  • Proven success in net-new logo acquisition and revenue generation
  • Demonstrated ability to bring business through existing client relationships and industry network
  • Experience working with SMB clients and MSP/VMS environments
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing operations, recruitment lifecycle, and workforce solutions
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven hunter mindset with strong business development instincts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred
