STNA/CNA/HHA

Midwest is looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Home Health Aides, CNA's, and/or STNA's to service the Cuyahoga Falls area and become a part of our Chap accredited team! We are looking to fill part-time, full-time, and PRN positions. You will provide routine healthcare to patients in their home.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, report, and/or document changes in patient health status
• Provide daily personal care and homemaking tasks such as but not limited to bathing, dressing & grooming, meal preparation, supervision, medication reminders, errands, and laundry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years worth of experience in home health care or a state tested nursing assistant (STNA)
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Reliable transportation (your own insured vehicle is preferred)
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
