Behavior Interventionist I & II

Job Summary
Responsible for delivery of 1:1 interventions with individuals on the autism spectrum, collecting data, keeping materials organized, reading programs and implementing them as written under the supervision of the Supervisor and/or Behavior Specialist; based on the methodologies of applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform 1:1 behavioral therapy by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis
- Maintain data towards meeting individual goals
- Provide information to Supervisors regarding progress
- Receive and Implement Feedback from Supervisor
- Use sound judgment throughout sessions to ensure adequate therapy time is provided toward Individual Goals/Targets
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 6 months to a year of experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or other disabilities required.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field required for BI 2 position, high school diploma / GED required for BI 1 position.
Must hold or obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment.
