This is a versatile position that switches between working the front desk as a director of first impressions and assisting our doctors as an Optometric Tech.

This position acts as the primary liaison between patient and doctor, organizes patients charts along with insurance information, checks patients in and out of appointments, greeting patients, vendors and other visitors in a timely professional manner, answering the phones, billing customers, selling products, pre-forms pre-tests on patients and performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

As a director of first impressions you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of customers through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Requirements are:

• Excellent customer service skills, retail sales or phone sales, professional appearance, solid communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in deal with issues that may arise. Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
