At K&B Transportation the starting wage for OTR company drivers on our Midwest and National Fleets is 50 CPM. New hires at K&B Transportation are guaranteed $1,250 per week with our 2,500 mile per week guarantee.
Driver Pay & Benefits:

- 0-6 Months Earn .50 Mile
- 6 mo to 1 Yr Earn .51 Mile
- 1 Yr to 2 Yrs Earn .52 Mile
- 2 Yrs to 5 Yrs Earn .53 Mile
- 5 Yrs + Earn .54 Mile
- Pay is based on time with K&B
- Make a Minimum of $1,250 per week
- $500 orientation bonus
- Midwest or National Lanes--Your Choice! Guaranteed Hometime!
- Home Weekends: Minneapolis, Denver, Chicago, Kansas City, Waterloo, IA, Des Moines, Omaha, St. Louis, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, OH Drivers
- Starting pay of 50 CPM for loaded and empty dispatch miles
- 2,500 Miles per week guaranteed
