Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leader in the fire protection industry to identify their next product advocate and sales specialist. The company is gaining market share across the country and their business is growing - this also the reason why they sales team is growing. The opportunity is available for those interested in their first outside sales role - you will have the opportunity to shadow/travel with the current sales rep who is having a record year. You will get to travel, learn the product, and understand how to present and sell the product. All of their business is B2B - they partner with large real estate developers as well as distributors of fire protection products.
The company requires that all candidates have a degree and that they're willing and able to be coached. There will be a lot of field training and on-the-spot learning opportunities - a dynamic personality with great communication skills is a must! The company is busy and is looking to have someone on board ASAP.
