You will partner with teams across operations, implementation, support, and product to address reporting needs and operational issues.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Jira-based requests for data analysis, report updates, operational support, and product investigations

  • Investigate data quality issues and reconcile outputs to identify root causes and impacts

  • Support payer onboarding, reporting changes, overlap analysis, contract-related updates, and related operational workflows

  • Maintain technical assets that support recurring reporting and ETL processes, including scripts, configurations, QA checks, and file-delivery workflows

  • Collaborate in Git-based development workflows using tools such as Bitbucket (branches, pull requests, and review)

  • Partner with teammates maintaining ETL and reporting automation code, including programs built in C#/.NET

  • Document work and findings in Confluence and keep Jira tasks current and well organized

  • Use AI tools to support day-to-day work by accelerating tasks such as drafting investigation summaries, improving documentation clarity, and generating initial SQL/report change drafts, while validating outputs before use

Additional Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with stakeholder-ready explanations of analysis results and reporting changes

  • Participate in peer review and shared problem-solving for recurring reporting challenges

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting workflows, automation, and QA processes

  • Support knowledge sharing across the team through documentation updates and walkthroughs

Expected Education & Experience:
  • A four-year degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field

  • A combination of technical work experience and relevant higher education

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, SQL, or technical problem solving

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured, relational data

  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, or a similar database platform

  • Experience building or supporting reports, dashboards, or data extracts in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and clearly communicate findings

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and service-oriented turnaround expectations

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and contribute to peer review and shared problem solving

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort learning new tools, systems, and business domains quickly

  • Preferred: Experience with healthcare data, payer operations, healthcare reporting, or operational analytics

  • Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Confluence

  • Preferred: Experience supporting recurring reporting pipelines, ETL workflows, automation, QA validation, or file-delivery processes

  • Preferred: Familiarity with C#/.NET or a similar programming language used for ETL workflows, reporting automation, or production data processes

  • Preferred: Experience working in cross-functional environments that combine technical, operational, and stakeholder-facing work
