- Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with AP English Language curriculum and common challenges such as distinguishing rhetorical strategies from literary devices, developing nuanced thesis statements, and managing three essays within the free-response time limit. Adapts instruction using released AP prompts, mentor text analysis, and rubric-based peer review to support students building advanced reading and writing skills for the AP examination.
