Primary Purpose:
The Customer Solutions Coordinator Chemcare will be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional 'customer experience', develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, sales teams, and any/all internal supply chain partner as well as external service/supply partners to accomplish the mission. They will support Field Team managing projects, supporting "groups" of customers serving as a single point of contact (SPOC) this can include services for Labpacks, Industrial Cleanings, Field Tech Services, Reuse/Recycle programs. Demonstrate the development of partnerships, the building of both trust and credibility for long-term business growth, the measurement and focus on business profitability, and the unwavering commitment to the culture, values, safety, compliance, financial performance, and inventory controls while ensuring our customers receive a world class customer service experience.
