Salary: $52,000+

$52,000+ $1,500 Sign-on Bonus

We are looking forSubstance Use Professionals (LCAS/LCAS-A, QP, CADC, CCS) to provide Community Support Team (CST)services in the Iredell County, NCarea. We are offering a $1500 sign on bonus for this position!


CST is designed to work with adults with Mental Illness and Substance Use needs who have complex treatment needs be able to live in the community. CST is an intensivecommunity-basedrehabilitation team service that provides direct treatment and restorative interventions as well as case management. CST is designed to provide:

  1. Symptom stability by reducing presenting psychiatric or substance use disorder symptoms;
  2. Restorative interventions for development of interpersonal, community, coping and independent living skills;
  3. Psychoeducation;
  4. First responder intervention to de-escalate a crisis; and
  5. Service coordination and ensure linkage to community services and resources.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A validLCAS/LCAS-A, CADC, or CCS
  • Two years of experience working directly with adults with SUD
  • Bachelor's degree
