Micro Blading / Permanent Make Up Artist

THE LASH LOUNGE at Old Alabama Square in Johns Creek GA is an upscale eyelash salon specializing in Eyelash Extensions. Other services offered our Lash Lift Perms, Eyelash / Eyebrow Tint and Threading. We are looking for a dynamic experienced/ licensed Micro Blading and Permanent Makeup Artist. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced permanent makeup designers and specialists who want to take their skills and earnings to the highest level.

This candidate must be highly motivated, able to multi-task with ease, possess excellent client service skills and exceptional attention to detail.

This position will report directly to the Salon Manager.

USE YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND TALENTS TO BE PART OF BUILDING THE FUTURE OF THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY! AS OUR SALON MICRO BLADING/ PERMANENT MAKE UP ARTIST YOU WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.

Ensuring guest satisfaction and expectations are consistently met or exceed Lash Lounge Gold Standards which includes and not limited to sterility procedures, clean and well maintained procedure area.

Consult and educate clients on the products/services being offered which includes and limited to aftercare instructions and healing process.

Handle all client concerns/questions before and after procedure.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1 year experience and active GA Cosmetology/ Esthetics /Tattoo license is REQUIRED

Have quality training certification in micro-blading with 300 hours of apprenticeship and portfolio.

Strong interpersonal, written, listening and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service skills and is customer focused.

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered.

Must have excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills.

Must be a proactive, independent thinker and decision maker with the ability to embrace changing environments.

Exhibits sound judgment and adheres strictly to The Lash Lounge standards of salon operations.

Forms strong working relationships within team and fosters a teamwork environment.

Keeps salon owner and manager aware of any issues and suggests productive solutions to resolve them in an effective and timely manner.
