- Remove printed cartons on the press using an air table or robot machine.
- Build and Tag WIP loads using hand truck as needed for maneuvering load.
- Inspect quality of cartons produced.
- Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads prior to printing based on the production schedule.
- Re-aerate loads at the pressman's request.
- Return special skids to the appropriate department.
- Remove sub-quality materials and separate materials by SBS, SUS, or recycled.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment by early detection and sound machine operation.
- Feed cartons into gluer correctly and monitor for machine jam ups
- Print out case tops and pack cartons into cases
- Visual inspection of cartons glued online
