As Yard Summer Help, you’ll work in Boldt’s shipping and receiving yard, supporting a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, temporary summer position where you’ll gain valuable experience working alongside skilled and experienced team members. Most tasks require minimal prior experience and can be learned quickly, with guidance provided to help you build confidence and capability throughout the summer. This is a temporary position for just the summer months of 2026.
In this role, you’ll assist with repairing concrete blankets (including hanging, drying, and stacking), loading and unloading equipment and tools, and completing general labor activities such as basic painting and sandblasting. You’ll also support other yard and shop duties as needed, contributing to a team that takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe working environment.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $20- $23 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
