Requirements

As a Restaurant Manager with TGI Fridays, you must possess superb communication and customer service skills necessary to connect with a diverse customer base and motivate a top-performing team. Our ideal Restaurant Manager is a flexible and customer-focused employee who thrives on a somewhat chaotic work environment. You must also have strong organizational and employee management skills with the ability to manage a multi-million dollar business.

Specific requirements for the Restaurant Manager include:

-4-year college degree preferred
-Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full service restaurant
-Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions
-Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
-Frequent bending and stooping required
-Must be able to read and write English
-Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
