Responsibilities: As a Home Health Aide, you will have some of the following responsibilities:

  • Bringing life-energizing care to a vulnerable population

  • Helping people stay in their own homes safely and successfully

  • Personal Care, including help with showering, incontinence, toileting, hygiene, feeding, dressing, skin and nail care, and more

  • Mobility Care, fall prevention, transfer assistance, mobility device assistance, exercise assistance, and more

  • Memory Care: Alzheimer's and other dementia care, brain fitness activities, sensory stimulation, behavior reduction, and safety supervision

  • Companionship and Light Housekeeping duties, which may include pet care


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Driver's License with reliable transportation. We work in people's homes all around Manatee County. You must be able to reliably work anywhere in the county on time.

  • High School Diploma

  • Passion for helping seniors

  • CPR Certification.

  • Experience required: 3 years of Home Care Agency or Health Care facility experience
