Responsibilities: As a Home Health Aide, you will have some of the following responsibilities:
Bringing life-energizing care to a vulnerable population
Helping people stay in their own homes safely and successfully
Personal Care, including help with showering, incontinence, toileting, hygiene, feeding, dressing, skin and nail care, and more
Mobility Care, fall prevention, transfer assistance, mobility device assistance, exercise assistance, and more
Memory Care: Alzheimer's and other dementia care, brain fitness activities, sensory stimulation, behavior reduction, and safety supervision
Companionship and Light Housekeeping duties, which may include pet care
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Driver's License with reliable transportation. We work in people's homes all around Manatee County. You must be able to reliably work anywhere in the county on time.
High School Diploma
Passion for helping seniors
CPR Certification.
Experience required: 3 years of Home Care Agency or Health Care facility experience
