Spain Wine Bar in Ocean City, MD is looking to hire a full-time Rooftop Bar and Restaurant Manager to offer our guests exceptional customer service. This hospitality position earns a competitive salary of $55 - $65K per year, plus bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision insurance are 50% covered after 90 days of employment. As a new restaurant, we are also currently working on establishing medical insurance options and a retirement plan for our employees. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFTOP BAR AND RESTAURANT MANAGER

As our Rooftop Bar and Restaurant Manager, you diligently coordinate our food service to provide our guests with unparalleled customer service every meal! Under the direction of the general manager, you oversee the staff and daily business operations. You delegate daily tasks amongst the staff, ensuring that all assigned duties are thoroughly completed. As your team completes their work and serves our guests, you offer them your unwavering support and assist however needed. You also act as a motivational and encouraging leader, coaching your team on company policies and promptly addressing any issues you notice.

During meal service, you are on the floor either helping your team or speaking with guests. Customer service is your number one priority, so you do what you can to go above and beyond for our guests. You develop positive relationships with both the guests and our staff, creating a fantastic environment to both work and dine in. Motivated to improve, you regularly attend educational and training opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge. You love forming positive bonds with a wide variety of people and take great pride in successfully leading your team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFTOP BAR AND RESTAURANT MANAGER

• Proficiency with computers and basic math skills
