We are looking for a licensed New Home Sales Assistant to join our team in the Hickory/Statesville/Catawba, NC metro area. This is a full time role which pays an hourly rate plus commission.
Position Summary:
This role is the perfect place for you to receive the training and experience needed to launch you into an exciting career as an On Site Sales Agent for Smith Douglas Homes. In this role, you’ll be paired with successful Sales Agents who will support you with personalized instruction and guidance as you utilize your organizational and follow up skills to provide the Sales team with administrative support.
You’ll delight in the privilege of assisting families towards finding an affordable home of enduring value. In addition, you’ll be able to draw on your highly honed interpersonal and customer service skills to develop trusted and long-lasting relationships with our buyers. What you’ll do:
Minimum Job Requirements:
License: North Carolina Real Estate license preferred.
Experience: Administrative and Sales experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience helpful.
