Job description

The Center For Advanced Dentistry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EFDA Dental Assistant to join our well established Suwanee office. Located at 6916 McGinnis Ferry Road, Suwanee, GA 30024. We pride ourselves on the family-like atmosphere we've created for both our patients and employees. The desired candidate posses EFDA, impeccable leadership skills, is detail-oriented, and strives for excellence in leading the clinical side of the practice and posses 3+ years of experience and has sedation dentistry experience!
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience, with EFDA, CPR and Radiology certification. MUST live within a 20 mile radius of practice.
We offer $500 sign on bonus (paid after 90 days of working) competitive salary based on experience, as well as paid time off and full benefits!
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
  • Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing.
  • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to address their questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Schedule:
  • Full-Time, No Weekends!
  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm
  • Thursday 7am - 3pm
