FOOD RUNNER
Are you an experienced Food Runner looking to join a very successful restaurant company and grow your career? Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is looking for a Food Runner to join the Ruth's Chris Steak House Team. The Food Runner will pick up food product for orders placed by the service staff and deliver the meal to our guests, including bread, salads, appetizers, entrees, desserts and other items requested by our guests. A Food Runner assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation and timing to optimize our guests dining experience.
Food Runner Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant experience preferred
- Understand federal, state, and local food handling regulations
- State certified in food handling procedures Ability to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds
- Standing for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
