This well-established modular house builder work across a range of sectors but predominantly residential and social housing providing a solution to homelessness in the UK. This progressive company have a huge emphasis on employee well-being with an importance placed on training and progression opportunities whilst allowing autonomy within roles. They are now in a period of expansion across their offices and are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the Blackheath office in London working on projects across the UK. You will have the opportunity to visit sites and the factory so you will have the chance to grasp the full modular manufacturing and installation process. You will work alongside project leads carrying out designs and drawings on projects across all RIBA stages. You will use AutoCAD as well as other industry software and continually develop your knowledge, staying up to date with profession and construction developments. You will contribute to production of planning and building regulation packages as well as producing design solution for client briefs.

This role would therefore suit an ambitious individual with a few years' experience working as an Architectural Assistant with BIM experience. You will have a passion for modern methods of construction, and be a keen advocate for the projects you are involved in. Ideally you will have experience using AutoCAD and Revit, but these can also be trained on.
