full stack java developer
Location: Austin, TX
Days in office: 4 days a week
Interview process: 3 video interviews to hire
Contract: 6 month contract (could be extended)
Status: anything that can work on apex w-2
Must have: javascript, java, spring boot or cloud, REST API's, Testing tools, mongoDB and PostgreSQL
Technical Skills
Programming Languages
  • Essential: JavaScript and related frameworks
    • Preferred: Angular
  • Essential: Java
    • Nice to have: .NET / C#
Development Skills
  • Essential: Web application development
  • Preferred: Consumerfacing web applications
  • Essential: Spring Cloud or similar API gateways
  • Essential: REST APIs
  • Essential: Testing automation frameworks such as JUnit, Karma, Ruby, Cucumber, Java BDD, and accessibility testing tools
  • Essential: MongoDB
  • Preferred: PostgreSQL

Operational Skills
  • Essential: Experience with logging technologies, log analysis, and reporting
    • Preferred: Splunk, BigQuery, Grafana
  • Essential: CI/CD technologies
