Purpose Care is Bringing Healthcare Home, and we want you to join our family! Purpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Providing personal care to include:
a. Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge Baths
b. Oral hygiene
c. Shampoos
d. Changing bed linens
e. Assisting patients with dressing/undressing and grooming
f. Assisting the patient with toileting activities
g. Keeping patient's living area clean and orderly
- Doing patient's laundry, cleaning and meal preparations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility in the past 2 years
- Minimum of 1 years experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Candidates must complete and pass a written Competency evaluation.
- Candidates must complete a skills assessment.
- Able to independently lift 25lbs.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and documents care given.
- Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impaired.
- Demonstrate tact, patience, and good personal hygiene
- A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
