Job Description:
Responsible for providing telephonic patient counseling, nursing intervention with some support to physicians and coordination and delivery of reimbursement and other services related to the patient support programs. May be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services related to the patient support programs. Involves interactions with patients, physicians and other health care professionals and members of multidisciplinary team using web based, telephony and face to face means of communication
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm (Overtime as required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports program key performance indicators
- Expected to make recommendations for new procedures and processes and contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques
- Serves as a primary contact for staff in regard to questions re program processing, business rules and system utilization
- Expected to motivate and lead team for positive service outcomes
- Assists Program Manager in the onboarding and delivery of training materials and training updates
- Identifies and communicates problems in process and process flow
- Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures, collaborating closely with management for any program eligibility, product, or process changes and patient and provider database, web portal or workflow system changes
- Works to resolve complex questions and assignments independently with a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
- Supports and assists with training and development of team
Ensures timely and accurate departmental reports relating to records of training and SOP updates - Uses performance measures to identify opportunities for staff and process improvement including work instructions and standard verbiage
- Demonstrates commitment to client and client's needs
- Works on special projects, as assigned
- Prioritizes and distributes daily feedback
- Exhibits complete understanding of call center model.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to use multiple screens
- Excellent computer skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Some college preferred
