Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • Seeking opportunities to always provide exceptional Red-Carpet Service to our guests
  • Supporting property promotions and events
  • Maintaining highly visible patrols to ensure a safe gaming environment
  • Assuring quality support to other departments so they may serve our guests more effectively
  • Handling all escorts of money/chip transactions in accordance with State Gaming Regulations and established Internal Controls
  • Monitoring casino floor for minors
  • Responding to disturbances, emergencies and alarms in the casino and throughout the property
  • Maintaining public order and enforcing safety rules
  • Performing table fills/credits
  • Performing table game drops
  • Performing Bill Validator drops
  • Adhering to all Gaming Regulations and Internal Controls
  • Escorting team members, visitors, vendors into sensitive areas with prior approval.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Able to handle stressful situations dealing with the general public
  • Ability to work in an environment, which may be noisy
  • Employing tact when dealing with difficult team members, guests or situations.
  • Ability to identify and quickly respond to potential problems, conflicts and to defend oneself and others in combative situations
  • Run on level or graded surfaces, as well as up and down stairs
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas, including walking and standing for long periods of time
  • Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license
  • Ability to multi-task as required, officers cover a wide variety of different posts and work with all departments
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry and lift to 35lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job related duties in varying work areas, such as confined spaces.
