Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service - Washing of dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils or other items used in the preparation, presentation or service of food and beverage products - Stock ice and other beverage products such as soft drink canisters, juice, CO2 for all necessary areas as requested or necessary - Retrieve and deliver items from storerooms and refrigeration units as needed - Clean and sanitize food and beverage areas including kitchen, refrigeration units, and storerooms including removal of debris or litter and sweeping and mopping floors


- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Proper and safe use of equipment needed for production - Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed - Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed - Adhere to all company policies and procedures - Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations - Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter - Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements - Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel
