Responsibilities

  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker works with the Dining Room Service Coordinator/Dining Room Supervisor/Café Service Coordinator as necessary and implement recommended changes as required
  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker keeps café counters, work tables, refrigerators/freezers, etc.
  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker sweeps and mop floors as directed.
  • The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker carries soiled utensils, etc., to wash area.
