Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Dishwasher ensures that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service, washing dishes, cleaning the dining room and coffee room, maintaining the beverage stations cleanliness and supplies, and setting the buffet table for meal service.
The pay rate for this role is $20 an hour. Please note this is a part- time position. Flexible schedule is available from Mondays - Sundays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Uphold OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Wash and put away dishes.
  • Bus and clean tables after meals.
  • Assist with meal service as directed by Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Promptly notify the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Cook of any food items that are running low during meal service to ensure timely replenishment and smooth kitchen operations.
  • Provide attentive and courteous assistance to guests during mealtimes, addressing any needs or requests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Keep coffee bar and water station stocked with beverages, clean cups, glasses, milks, tea, napkins, sweeteners, etc.
  • Refresh the garbage bags daily.
  • Deep cleaning of the kitchen and dining room at directed by the Head Chef.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Perform all duties in a manner that promotes Trinity's mission and core values.
  • Adhere to confidentiality rules and all other Trinity Wall Street policies, procedures, and rules.

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS
  • Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
