The job details are as follows:
As a Test Engineer you will coordinate testing activities, create test documentation, and execute manual and automated tests. Contribute to defining quality attributes and test strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project testing activities and monitor progress.
  • Assist Associate Test Engineers and new hires.
  • Produce Test Documentation (Estimates, Plans, Exit Reports).
  • Design and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain regression and smoke test suites.
  • Develop automated tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve testability and code quality.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancements and reusable components.
  • Track and report testing metrics to measure progress and quality trends.
  • Leverage AI powered testing tools to automate test case generation, maintain self-healing automation scripts, and perform predictive analysis to identify high-risk areas in the code.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
  • 3-4 years of work experience using software testing tools
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Familiarity with AI-driven quality assurance methodologies, such as AI-assisted test authoring or visual regression testing, to improve the speed and accuracy of the release cycle.
  • Experience with Accessibility Testing.
  • Tools may include automation frameworks, API testing tools, CI/CD platforms, and programming languages.
