Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager in our Syracuse, NY office. Position will include project management, client relations, client outreach, design and construction oversight for engineering projects conducted in the area. Candidate will be expected to work as part of a design team or work independently with tasks that include business development, client meetings, presentations, and outreach, management of budgets and schedules for on-going projects, preparation of technical reports, construction cost estimating, contract documents and specifications, proposals and RFQ responses. Manage, coordinate and mentor staff including project level and field employees. Drive and support business development in the region. Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability of assigned projects. Help to grow engineering staff and workload for the office.
