- Aid in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
- Document all lab processes meticulously, support and mentor new team members, and uphold quality assurance standards in the laboratory.
- Preserve a safe and clean workspace while adhering to all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
- ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within your first year of employment.
- Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
