Clinical Lab Technologists are healthcare professionals who perform complex tests and procedures in laboratories to help diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. They analyze samples such as blood, urine, and tissue using sophisticated equipment and techniques. Their work is essential for providing accurate data to doctors and other medical staff, making them a critical part of patient care teams. In addition to running tests, they often ensure quality control, maintain lab equipment, and may help develop new testing methods.
