Job Title: Clinical Lab Technologist Location: New York, NY 10029 Job Duration: 14 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm) Shift: 5x7-Hour Shifts (Nights, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends) Hours per Week: 35 Hours Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Clinical Lab Technologist for a 14-week contract assignment in New York, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, and candidates must be open to converting to a full-time employee after completing the contract period. The role involves performing laboratory testing and procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
  • Blood bank experience
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing methods
Preferred Experience:
  • 2-3+ years of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited Laboratory Technology program (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Certifications and Licensure:
  • Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (License Code 092) issued by NYSED with Primary Source Verification (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
Additional Information:
  • Interviews will be conducted in-person or via Webex
  • Candidates must be interested in converting to a full-time position after the contract period
  • The manager expects the candidate to complete the full contract engagement and transition to FTE afterward
