Job Title: Clinical Lab Technologist (Level 6) - Pathology
Location: New York, NY
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $140,689 annually
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 35 Hours/Week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Clinical Lab Technologist (Level 6) - Pathology for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations within the Anatomic Pathology laboratory
Ensure compliance with NYS, NYSED, CAP, CLIA, and hospital regulatory standards
Supervise and support laboratory personnel and workflow management
Develop and implement laboratory programs, policies, and quality initiatives
Maintain laboratory safety and operational efficiency
Collaborate with pathology leadership and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Oversee Histology, Cytopathology (future expansion), Gross Room, and Mortuary areas

Requirements:
Active NYS Histological Technician License required
Active NYSED Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology OR related science field required
Minimum 5 years clinical laboratory experience required
Minimum 4 years Anatomic Pathology experience required
Minimum 2 years laboratory leadership / operations oversight experience required
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, NYS, NYSED) required
Experience in program development and hospital laboratory operations required
