Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active medical license in Florida.
• Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
