Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting with the final steps of the vehicle purchase process.
- Demonstrate and explain all vehicle technology and features, including infotainment systems, driver-assistance features, smartphone connectivity, and other available technologies.
- Ensure customers are comfortable operating their new vehicle and answer any questions after delivery.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery by verifying they are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready.
- Perform a final quality check to ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards after the customer takes possession.
- Support the Sales Consultants throughout the delivery process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with exceptional customer service.
- Passion for technology and learning new automotive features.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Previous customer service or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
