Job description

This position is accountable for spot sales, delivery and merchandising of all products on an assigned route.

The Delivery Representative's primary duties include adherence to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales and minimized returns. The Delivery Rep will maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the company; he will possess a current valid Class-A CDL and personal automobile insurance; and he will adhere to all DOT regulations (including regulations regarding driver time of service).

The Delivery Rep will follow the approved Delivery Structure and Processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities. The Delivery Rep will maintain product freshness and will move product as necessary. The Delivery Rep will remain conscious of the Company's image and will ensure a high level of neatness and cleanliness in each store's displays and coolers.

Note: Duties of all positions may be adjusted as needed to meet business objectives.
