Job description

UPS Seasonal Package Delivery Drivers

Receive a Sign-On Bonus of $5000 while joining the team behind one of the most recognized logistic companies in the world. As a seasonal package delivery driver, you’ll drive one of our iconic UPS brown trucks, delivering packages to businesses and homes in your community.

This job will keep you active in a fast-paced environment, working indoors and outdoors. Our drivers are friendly and prioritize safety while behind the wheel and with customers.

Casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on business needs.

What you’ll need:

  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state – proof required to qualify for the position)
  • Satisfactory driving history
  • Pass the DOT physical
  • Pass a UPS driver test
  • Excellent customer service and driving skills
  • Casual package delivery drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

*This is a seasonal role. A seasonal job is a great place to start at UPS, and it might even lead to a permanent role that offers even more advantages and benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year. That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days. UPS also makes contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.
