Job description

The FedEx Package Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages along long-distance regional routes. Working independently, the driver utilizes company-provided handheld devices to track deliveries, maintain communication, and uphold safety and compliance standards. This position offers competitive weekly pay, a 5/4 schedule with an 8–10 hour shift, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive company environment. $500 Hiring Incentive and a raise after 6 months with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform route driving and package loading for efficient deliveries
  • Confirm deliveries using handheld tracking devices
  • Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and adhere to safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with Operation Managers and team members as needed
  • Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules
