What You'll Do:

As a service partner at Islands, you will:

* Create an amazing dining experience for guests through urgency, connection, and outstanding guest service

* Support the servers by running drinks and food to guests

* Execute all takeout orders with accuracy

* Complete weekly maintenance duties and sidework

* Participate in Islands Culture of Respect that promotes inclusion among all employees
