Position Overview:
Insight is excited to announce our 2026 Summer Internship program! We are looking for motivated rising college seniors to join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship starting on June 1, 2026. Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of DECEMBER 2026 OR MAY 2027
- Available for the full internship duration from June 1 to August 7, 2026
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site at our Chandler HQ
Responsibilities: Interns will be involved in various tasks related to providing exceptional customer support. This includes assisting with Software Renewals processes, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities, participating in team meetings, working on backlog tasks, assisting in event planning, and contributing to other assigned projects.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of fundamental business operations
- Quick learning ability for computer programs
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work independently
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware or Software is a plus

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communication, or related field of study.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to tactfully handle confidential documents and information.
