Job Description

NEW Italian Restaurant "Hearts&Flame" finds its home inside historical Downtown Arts District in Los Angeles.

We are looking for professionals with experience in Italian Cuisine.

Hearts&Flame is hiring for CAPTAINS/Servers/Server's Assistant/Maitre'D/Bartender/Bar backs/Sous Chef/Line Cook/Kitchen Porter

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
May be required to lift trays of food or drinks up to 50 pounds
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
Must be able to facilitate a 25-person table section
Full Vaccination against COVID-19

Skills / Experience:

2 years previous high-end restaurant or hotel experience
California Food Handlers Certified
Experience with food and wine pairing
Excellent listener & communicator
Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask
Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs
Understands sequence of service and coursing
Has worked with Micros or an equivalent POS station
Positive Attitude
